Importing products

When you activate an integration that imports products, Spotler Connect will import the existing product catalogue. New products are created in Spotler Connect. Products that already exist are linked to the central Spotler Connect products as a product source. Initial import

If you haven't imported any Products into Spotler Connect before, your first import might take slightly longer than usual. You might also receive multiple notification emails when products do not meet the minimum criteria to be imported. You can choose to de-activate your product notification emails via your settings before activating an integration. Still, we advise you to keep the notification activated to gain insight into which products are missing critical data.

Product synchronisation

By default, all integrations will synchronise the products at least once a day. Spotler Connect will query all integrations about product updates and propagate changes where necessary.
