Select the integration where you want to import your customer from. Only integrations that have the capability for customer import are displayed.

Then, enter the Customer ID. The name for this ID and how to retrieve it differs between platforms.

Copernica: The ID can be found as a field in the customer profile.
Lightspeed: Navigate to the customer detail page. In the URL you will find a section that looks like "/customers/157791879". The number after "/customers/" is the Klant ID.
Magento: Navigate to the customer edit page. In the URL you will find a section that looks likes "/id/1/...". The number after "/id/" is the Klant ID.
Prestashop: The Customer ID is displayed on the customer overview.
Shopify: Navigate to the customer detail page. In the URL you will find a section that looks like "/customers/3681831747623". The number after "/customers/" is the Klant ID.
Shopware: In Shopware we differentiate between customers and newsletter recipients:
- Customers: The Customer ID can be found as Customer Number in the Shopware customer overview.
- Newsletter recipients: Instead of the Customer ID you can use the email address of the recipient.
Spotler: The Customer ID can be found as 'externKlantID' on the contact detailpage. You can also import based on email address.
WooCommerce: Customers are registered as user in the user overview. Navigate to the user detailpage. In the URL you will find a section that looks like "user_id=40". This number is the Customer ID.
