Order data

Spotler Connect has a standard data format for orders. In this format we can allocate all relevant information that is necessary to send an order to various platforms. Whether we are able to collect all information is depending on the source platform of the order, and whether this platform discloses the information via API. We will try to collect the following data:

Order number
Date and time
Order status
Customer name
Customer E-mail address
Customer phone number
Delivery address
Invoice
Products in order
- Title
- Barcode
- Quantity
- Price
- Discount
- Discounted price
Shipping costs
Total incl. tax
Total excl. tax
Preferred shipping method

* Products need to be known in Spotler Connect in order to correctly process stock levels in other platforms.
