Order statuses

Spotler Connect has implemented standardised order statuses. These statuses are shown in every order in the overview and on detail pages. Based on these statuses, actions are performed, such as propagating orders to different integrations or sending e-mail notifications. Spotler Connect recognises the following statuses:

Spotler Connect statuses
Failed
Pending payment
Processing
Completed
Partially Shipped
Returned
Partially Returned
Refunded
Partially Refunded
On hold
Cancelled
Unknown


Statuses in external platforms

Spotler Connect receives status updates from external sources and does not allocate status updates to orders itself. Because each platform uses its own statuses, these statuses (or a combination of those) are mapped to Spotler Connect default statuses. This differs for each platform.
